After a 10-year career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, hospital department manager, and hospital administrator, Chris began his Disney career in 1988 at the Walt Disney World Resort® in Florida working in a variety of operational and managerial roles across all lines of business within the theme parks and resorts division.
By the 1990s, he had moved to instructional design and delivery of the extensive leadership development curriculum at The Walt Disney Company’s world-renowned Disney University®, Disney's internal training and professional development division.
In 2000, Chris transitioned into a role with the Disney Institute® where he was a senior engagement manager and organizational change expert and consultant. He led client organizations worldwide in solving for multi-disciplinary goals related to forming, operationalizing, supporting, and sustaining their service-centric organizational cultures - all based on Disney's classic best business practices and cultural architecture. Chris successfully applied Disney DNA in all of his client work, creating exceptional and measurable leadership, employee, and customer and patient experience improvement.
Chris has made significant impacts in the arenas of acute, ambulatory, and long-term health care, manufacturing, asset management, museum operations, banking, pharmaceuticals, higher education, real estate management, lodging, insurance, commercial air travel, higher education, non-profit, retail, transportation, amateur and professional sports, automotive, and food and beverage.
As a U.S. Armed Forces veteran, Chris proudly served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force at SHAPE (Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe) in Brussels, Belgium.
Academically, Chris holds an MBA with academic honors from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and an MA with academic honors in organizational leadership from the University of Louvain in Louvain, Belgium.
When not traveling to be onsite with his clients across the globe, Chris resides in the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the United States.
James has over a quarter century of experience working at the intersection of business, law, and government. His career included public-sector employment with the Office of General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and in various capacities in the private sector including as Chief Legal Officer.
James has a proven track record in designing and delivering comprehensive legal education programs, and equipping individuals and organizations with crucial compliance knowledge, together with expertise in developing curricula that merge legal intricacies with practical applications, enhancing comprehension and implementation of regulatory requirements.

Debbie is an accomplished executive with more than 40 years of experience in operational leadership, training and development, customer service, business strategy, production manufacturing, non-profit leadership, and corporate cultural engineering. Thirty-five of those years she spent with The Walt Disney Company® and with the Disney Institute®.
Debbie's broad areas of expertise include management consulting, change management, instructional design, organizational development, management and executive coaching and training, strategic operational planning, and talent management (right-fit recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding). She has consulted with both established and start-up organizations to create long-term sustainable success in the arenas of healthcare, resort and casino management, and the food industry, as well as in smaller family-owned and new businesses.
In addition, Debbie has founded, owned, and operated three advisory and training companies. As an author, she has written 23 articles for Noria Magazine and co-authored a book titled The VOICE of Leadership.
Academically, Debbie holds an MBA in leadership, and a BS in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is authorized by the American Management Association as an administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Instrument® (MBTI).
Debbie travels extensively consulting with clients, but resides in the State of Florida, in the United States.
